I am not a realtor and I do not show or sell any properties that we don’t own. All the properties on this site are for sale by owner and is all owned by us. By buying “For Sale By Owner” you have a lot of benefits including a more simplified and personal process. I will handle all of the paperwork including (title, closing, etc.) while communicating with you and helping you through each step and can answer any questions you may have along the way. Because I am not a realtor there are no commissions and all closing costs will be covered which means you save money! The price we agree to is the price you pay.

Being the owner of all these properties I have walked about every acre and know them very well. Things like the property corners, property boundaries, any specific features they have and very specific instructions on how to reach these properties are all questions I can answer and information I can provide you with. Also being an avid outdoorsman I know how good the hunting, fishing, and recreating is on and in the area of the property.

To tell you more about me, I have lived in Montana all my life and have definitely taken advantage of all that this beautiful state has to offer. I graduated high school in a small town called Lincoln and lived near there until I was 13 when we moved to a ranch close to Ovando, Montana. I have always thrown myself into being an active outdoorsman and Montana is the perfect place to do anything mother nature has to offer. That’s the beauty of living here is you have all of its natural resources right out your back door. I have always been very interested in things like hunting, fishing, camping and hiking.

Even when I was young I have always gotten out every chance I get and been able to learn and treasure all there is to enjoy. I thoroughly enjoy spending time on our properties in Montana and the feeling of owning land in this state and all of its opportunities is extremely special. You get to enjoy the fresh pine-filled air, all of the elegant wildlife, and everything else the outdoors has to offer. To me it just can not get any better than being surrounded by that and I hope you can find something on this website and can experience everything that I have.
